We came here after Pisces was closed due to the dining room being too hot. We were unaware Jazmine does not do All You Can Eat (AYCE) anymore but were hungry so we stayed (thank goodness!). I don't remember our waiter's name but he was amazing and so kind. He recommended a couple combos we should get to mimic the AYCE experience. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and landed this restaurant in our top 5 Reno sushi places. This restaurant also has a Chinese menu available in half of the dining room. We sat in a large booth which was amazing for our 2 kids and everyone was incredibly understanding of the extra noise that sometimes comes with bringing your toddlers out to eat with you. The sushi came quick and my husband and I left with happy stomachs and left over sushi. 10/10 will be back.

We used to come here a lot back in 2008-2014. We loved the setting, like the metal mesh curtain they have going and there's more tables towards the back where the sushi bar is. Our servers greeted us within a couple of minutes, and were really friendly. The bartender they had back then used to make a really awesome Cosmopolitan. We stopped going for a minute because the last time we were there the food we usually ordered somehow did not taste the same. Like they were prepared by different chef with his own twist to the dishes and therefore there were spices or additions that made the dishes taste off. Since we were in the neighborhood, we decided to go and eat there again. We happened to go there around 3 PM and they had the happy hour going where appetizers and select alcoholic drinks were half price. Sweet! Since I didn't see who the bartender was, I wasn't taking chances and ordered a hot saki instead. We decided to try the chicken lettuce wrap (again) and I also ordered the crab Rangoon (which I never ordered in the past). I also decided on the pan fried noodle (again) to see if the taste was different this time around and the hubby ordered his usual chicken hot pot. We were really very pleased that they tasted the way they used to taste back when we used to frequent the place. The chicken lettuce wrap no longer had the overpowering ginger/sesame taste and the Crab Rangoon came with a yellow sweet sauce that was not too sweet, just perfect to my taste. So unlike the melted sugar with red dye that you find in other places. As for my pan fried noodle, it was just right for me. It wasn't doused in too much sauce that it would get the noodlsoggy quickly. And again, just a pleasant hint of sesame and garlic, and who doesn't like bok choi? Hubby's chicken hot pot however, had more onions and scallions in it than chicken, and had quite a bit of oil to give it the hot pot effect. I would like to think that the original chef is back and that's why the food tasted like when we first started coming to this place. Overall, yes, I would definitely keep coming back again when I'm in the area and I hope they don't change the recipe regardless of who cooks the food.

Dined in with my friend Bobbie while working nearby. He's not big on sushi, but I ordered a long roll and some nigiri. They offer sushi here, but only a la carte. I have not been in since 2018, but my friend is a regular here. Henri was our server and knew what my friend was going to order. I ordered the same in addition to the sushi, but I asked for eggs in mine. I've had a few of their Chinese food entrees here and I recall it being good. I'll have to revisit that side of the menu on my next visit. We were sat in a quiet booth and the dining room mid week was quiet as well. There were only a few other patrons there. I'll be back in next time I'm in the neighborhood. Thanks Henri, see you soon.

Dined in on the 13 of february around 5pm . The place was not full and we were given an option of a table or booth. The place is nice and the bathrooms are very clean. seated very quickly:) We were introduced to our very kind server we ordered egg rolls but they were actually fried spring rolls they were piping hot and they were so crispy . Delicious. 2 pieces for 8 bucks but so worth it. The dished that we ordered are shown below. The fried rice with chicken was so perfect like so flavorful and perfect. 10/10 XO beans are soooo gooodd they are so savory and the beans are crunchy not soggy at all . amazing and if u add chili oil 1000/10 sweet and sour chicken is sweet sauce with crispy chicken tossed in peppers 10/10 Chow mein was good but I am not sure if i would order it again good texture but it was in a pool of sauce / oil . 8/10 key note - everything came out so fast like 5 min and so hot and tasted fresh ! Loved our server ( white man with glasses) he helped pack our left over and never let our beverages get empty. 1 appetizer 4 dishes 1 drink $85
